A space to come home to yourself
Therapy that Meets you where you are…and goes deeper.
You’re Here for a reason. It’s time to Trust yourself.
You might be feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Maybe you’ve done therapy before but felt like something was missing.
Or maybe this is your first time and you’re not sure exactly what to expect.
What I’ve found is that most people are not looking to be “fixed”. They are looking for a place where they can actually be seen, understood, and able to access more of themselves.
That’s what I aim to offer my clients.
If this resonates with you, you’re more than welcome to reach out.
I offer a free consultation call for us both to get a sense of whether we will be a good fit.

My work is grounded in presence, authenticity, and real connection.
When I sit with clients, I’m not trying to be an expert or someone who has all the answers you need. I’m there with you listening to the things you bring into the space and the energy of the words to help you notice what’s happening beneath the surface.
Together, we will explore patterns, emotions, defenses, and all parts of you that have not been allowed to exist or examined.
I don’t aim to fix. I aim to be with you in understanding yourself more deeply and finding a way of being that feels real and authentically you.

I work with individuals and couples willing and wanting to learn more about who they really are.
Individuals and couples who:
Feel disconnected from themselves or others
Have difficulty expressing emotions or even knowing how to feel
Have questions around sex, gender, identity, or masculinity
Are having difficulties navigating sexuality, desire, or intimacy
Relationship challenges, patterns, or cycles that keep repeating
Have experienced significant religious trauma
Have a sense that something isn’t quite right but can’t fully name why
There is no need to have anything figured out before beginning our work together.
-
Therapy with me is collaborative and relational.
You can expect:
An authentic space where you can fully be yourself
No performing
No expectations
Honesty and directness
Curiosity rather than judgement
Slowing down enough to actually feel what’s happening in your body, not just your mind
Who Am I?
My journey to becoming a therapist is unconventional and a lifetime in the making.
I've always been drawn to deeper conversations and getting to know how people think, feel, and move through the world. For a significant portion of my life, that curiosity mostly existed in my personal life with friends, partners, and family members.
Over time, and through significant life changes and pushes from the universe, it became clear that this was not just an interest but something I needed to dedicate my life to learn more fully.
One of the core things I bring into my therapy is my ability to be present and sit with individuals from every walk of life. I’ve practiced non-monogamy for over a decade and have worked through my own significant religious trauma.
When I sit with clients, I am fully myself. I am not trying to perform or be someone I’m not. I’ve found that the groundedness that I bring to sessions with clients allows them to settle, feel at ease, and to access parts of themselves that might not usually be available.
I trust that meaningful change can happen when two (or more) people share a space with that energy.
I am a pre-licensed therapist currently completing my training at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center in San Francisco.
My work is informed by relational, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and transpersonal, approaches, with an emphasis on presence, awareness, and the therapeutic relationship.
